We would like to inform you that the call for applications for the BFE 2026β2027 program is now open. This program is intended for Cambodian students wishing to pursue a PhD in France.
π‘ Mandatory co-funding with an institutional partner:
MEJS, CADT, or an other nstitution.
π Main requirements:
Admission or pre-admission to a French institution
Agreement for PhD supervision
Co-funding agreement
